ground beef |

mozzarella cheese, grated |

1 jar (32 oz) |
spaghetti sauce |

1 pkg (12 oz) |
long or cut lasagna |

2 cups |
water |
|
1 cup |
ricotta or small curd cottage
cheese |

1 pkg (10 oz) |
frozen chopped spinach |

1/4 cup |
grated parmesan cheese |

|
Brown ground beef, drain.
Add spaghetti sauce, water, spinach, and salt. Stir, bring to a boil, simmer for
10 minutes until spinach is completely thawed. In baking dish, layer sauce,
uncooked lasagna, ricotta or cottage cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat
layers, ending with sauce. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. |
